1. Weather Conditions:
- Rain: If heavy rain or thunderstorms are forecasted, we may need to postpone scheduled mowing to prevent damage to your lawn and our equipment. We will promptly notify you of any changes and reschedule the service at the earliest possible time.
- Extreme Heat: During periods of extreme heat, we may adjust our mowing schedule to cooler parts of the day to ensure the safety of our crew and prevent stress to your lawn.
- Snow or Frost: In the event of snow or frost, mowing will be delayed until conditions improve. We will monitor the weather closely and reschedule services accordingly.
2. Acts of God:

Tall Grass Policy
At Landscape Legends, we believe that regular mowing every week is essential for maintaining an exceptional lawn. Weekly mowing promotes healthy grass growth, prevents weed infestations, and ensures a lush, manicured appearance.
However, we understand that circumstances can sometimes prevent timely mowing. If your lawn has not been mowed for more than two weeks, the grass may be significantly taller and more challenging to manage. In such cases, we will need to charge double the regular rate to account for the additional time and effort required to restore your lawn to its optimal condition.
We prioritize transparency and communication with our clients. If your lawn falls into the tall grass category, we will discuss this with you before mowing occurs. This way, there will be no surprises, and you will be fully informed of any additional charges and the reasons behind them.
